A Wee About

the ubiquitious short brief

My role as a "guide", "teacher", "trainer", "tIceberg in the shape of a gigantic head, submerged from the top of the forehead down to the chinIceberg in the shape of a human head, two-thirds submerged in blue waterrain-the-trainer", "educator" and other similar appellations, burgeoned from a survival behavior and the skillsets spawned from that survival behavior over my lifetime.

People are not data points, our most powerful solutions involve learning focused on being

  • actively listened-to and understanding our challenges;
  • guided in tailoring and developing customized strategies in line with our goals

From train-the-trainer to front-facing in communication with people experiencing diverse and challenging circumstances, each of our experiences are invaluable assets.

They drive meaningful change and innovation.

Using our lived experience is how we humans operate in the world, whether it’s in-person or virtually.  All of our experiences are life-based.

We are
